Because of this reason, complying with the following instructions exactly plays a great role on the intended result.

Post-operation Medication Using

There is a treatment protocol for the medication that will be used for 5 days after the operation. This medication should be used by anyone who has the operation unless there is an allergic condition. The medication consists of 4 types of drugs as antibiotic, painkiller, odemea hydrotic and stomach protector. Please use your medication as prescribed.

Post-Operation Resting

We would like that all of our patients who has the hair transplant operation should lay down with 45 angel of their head on their back for 2 days. The liquids that have been injected under the skin during the operation would come down on the face if the patient stands in a vertical position and this may cause an unpleasant appearance on the face. During this 2-day period, any type of touching the planted area should be avoided.

Contact to Planted Area

The planted area should not be touched in any manner for 48 hours after the operation. Especially, the patient should be careful about hitting and scraping his/her head after the operation. The patient should avoid low ceilings, should be aware when getting in/off a vehicle, wearing clothes, putting on/off the hat, interacting with pets and children. In addition, the patient should remember that he/she could only touch the planted area while washing for the first 10 days.

Sleep Position

The patient should sleep on his/her back by using the neck pillow that will be provided by us should be used for 5 days. The neck pillow would prevent the contact of planted area to the pillow or other surfaces by unintentional turning during the sleep.

Hat Using

A wide hat will be provided after the operation and it should be used for 10 days. The using of hat is important against situations that may cause damage or infection such as exposing the direct sunlight, excessive cold, dust, rain. You can take your hat off indoors. In order to use beret or wooly hats, the patients should wait for 20 days.

Alcohol and Smoking

The patient should not drink alcohol or smoke for 3 days after the operation. Smoking effects the blood circulation negatively, alcohol has a blood thinning effect, and it may cause the grafts to pop out of their channels by bleeding.

Sexual Intercourse

Sexual intercourse should be avoided for 3 days after the operation. Any type of activity that can increase the pulse and tension would prevent instability of the grafts in the channels and even popping them out.
