The hair follicle might migrate in multiple directions, tilted forward, through the channels made with two-dimensional metal ends called slits in the old approach. The bottom half of the canal can be conceived of as a cone since the canals opened with a sapphire tip are three-dimensional. As a result, the sapphire-tipped hair sockets allow the transplanted graft to be seen at the correct angle and with maximum naturalness. Furthermore, because the sapphire tip is so sensitive and sharp, there is very little tissue trauma, therefore healing is considerably faster than with the traditional procedure.
